Each native of Congo Democratic (sex, tribe, Raleigh and its vicinity can join the member or compassionate member
who pay his or her membership fees as determined in the bylaw.Each person bound by marriage with a COCOM
member can request becoming an active member.Compassionate membership can be recognized to a non-Congolese
person who supports financially, morally or materially the organization’s projects.The yearly membership fees are  
$60.00 that can be paid on a monthly basis ($5 per month. There is an application fees of $1.00.
